Hello there,

Just a few lines to let you know who I am. I’m a writer who loves to tell a story, especially stories that surprise, challenge, entertain and give pause for thought. I’ve been writing in different forms for many years.

Right now, I’m enjoying writing fiction - short stories and novels. My starting points are always something that intrigues me. My dogs, two rescue Westies called Syd and Tilly, keep me company as I write, wagging their tails whenever I get up to make yet another cup of tea, for they know there'll be a biscuit for them too.

The aim of this site is to gather all my writings together (see book page) and to provide you with stories that might just brighten a moment of your day (a story for you and the blog). If you suggest an inspiring topic, I might just dedicate one story especially to you!
